俄罗斯船级社，简称RMRS，在世界上有着广泛的影响。自1993年以来，俄罗斯船级社认证RS维持一个与ISO9001相符合的内部质量管理体系。该体系被俄罗斯国家认证机构和SAI Global独立认证机构认证。RS与欧盟法规(EC)391/2009和欧洲标准EN17020相符的他组织一样得到认可船舶检验优质服务，是按海事主管机关委托完成船舶检验，发行常规文件状况和国家港监机构发布年审评估结果定期予以确认。
RMRS俄罗斯船级社属于自愿认证证书，但对用于RS设施的设备要求强制认证，该证书是RS俄罗斯船级社认可证书，证书适用范围如下:钢锭及半成品--碳钢和碳锰钢材质，大吨位200吨;合金钢材质，大吨位160吨;锻件--碳钢和碳锰钢材质，大吨位151吨;合金钢材质，大吨位121吨。
俄罗斯船级社成立于1913年12月31日。自1969年开始，RS一直是国际船级社协会的成员。俄罗斯船级社旨在提供航行安全、海上生命安全、船舶安全、货物安全、环境安全、防止污染以及满足海事管理和消费者的需求。
产品认证证书长有效期为5年。工厂需经过俄罗斯专家的考察，产品需在俄罗斯进行检测，这些程序是认证过程中强制要求的。
The Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RMRS) has a broad influence worldwide. Since 1993, the RS-certified quality management system has maintained an internal quality management system conforming to ISO 9001. This system has been certified by the Russian National Accreditation Body and SAI Global, an independent certification body. Recognized as an organization in compliance with EU Regulation (EC) 391/2009 and the European Standard EN 17020, RS provides high-quality ship inspection services. It carries out ship inspections and issues routine documentation on behalf of maritime authorities, and its performance is periodically confirmed based on annual assessment results published by state port inspection agencies.
The RMRS certificate is a voluntary type of certification; however, mandatory certification is required for equipment intended for use on RS-classed facilities. The RS certificate of recognition applies to the following scopes:
Steel ingots and semi-finished products: carbon steel and carbon-manganese steel, maximum weight 200 tons; alloy steel, maximum weight 160 tons.
Forgings: carbon steel and carbon-manganese steel, maximum weight 151 tons; alloy steel, maximum weight 121 tons.
The Russian Maritime Register of Shipping was founded on December 31, 1913. Since 1969, RS has been a member of the International Association of Classification Societies (IACS). The purpose of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping is to ensure navigational safety, safety of life at sea, ship safety, cargo safety, environmental safety, pollution prevention, and to meet the needs of maritime authorities and consumers.
The product certification certificate is valid for five years. Factory inspections by Russian experts and product testing in Russia are mandatory procedures in the certification process.
